Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of OneDeploy, a service that runs open-source apps for you, each on its own server. By using OneDeploy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Who we are

OneDeploy is operated by Related Code Kft. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). You can contact us with questions or complaints at the address below.

2. What OneDeploy does

You choose an app, a region and a plan. We create a virtual server for that app, install it, give it a web address with a TLS certificate, and back it up on a schedule. From your dashboard you can start, stop, update, resize, move, back up, restore and delete each service.

The apps are made by independent open-source projects and are available under their own licences. We install and run them for you, but we do not own them, and their features are decided by their projects. The servers run with the cloud provider of the region you choose, such as Hetzner, DigitalOcean or Vultr.

3. Your account

You need an account to deploy and manage services. You must be able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you use OneDeploy for an organisation, you must have permission to act for it.

Keep your sign-in details and your apps’ admin credentials safe, and give accurate account information. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for what happens in your account and on your services.

4. Prices and billing

You pay in advance. You add credit to your account with an online payment, and your services are charged to that balance. Credit is sold through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe is the merchant of record for the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies to the amount you choose, and sends your invoice and receipt. Deploying a service, restoring a backup into a new service, and migrating a service each need a minimum balance, which your dashboard shows.

Before you deploy, we show the hourly rate and the monthly cap of the plan you choose. A service is charged for every started hour from the time it is created until it is deleted, including while it is stopped. A full month never costs more than the monthly cap shown for its plan. Prices are in US dollars.

Your dashboard shows your balance and how long it lasts at your current spend, and warns you when it runs low. If your balance reaches zero, we delete your services. Their backups can be restored into a new service for about 14 days after the deletion, once you have added credit. After that, the backups are deleted too.

One scheduled backup a day, one manual backup a day, and backup storage up to twice the server’s disk size are included. Extra backup storage is charged daily, at a price per GB-month. Changing a service’s plan or region changes its price from that point on. The pricing page and your dashboard show the current prices and your usage.

A price quote is valid for a short time. If it expires, we ask you to choose a plan again, and the new price may be different.

5. Your apps and data

You keep all rights to the data and content in your apps. You give us permission to store, copy, back up, restore and move that data only as needed to run your services and carry out your requests.

You decide who uses your apps and what they store. If your apps hold personal data about other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for it and for meeting your own legal duties. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data for you.

6. Backups

We back up each service on the schedule you choose and keep the backups for the period you choose. You can also take one manual backup a day, and restore a backup in place or into a new service.

When a service is deleted, its server is destroyed. For 14 days you can still restore its backups into a new service from your dashboard. Then we erase them. Backups lower the risk of data loss, but they cannot remove it. Keep your own copy of data you cannot afford to lose.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use OneDeploy or the servers we run for you to:

  • break the law or store or share unlawful content;
  • infringe someone else’s rights, including copyright;
  • send spam or bulk email, or misuse the email sending that some apps include;
  • spread malware, run phishing pages, or attack, scan or disrupt other systems;
  • mine cryptocurrency;
  • access another customer’s data, bypass security controls, or overload the service.

Only add domains that you own or are allowed to use. Cloud providers may also act against servers that break their own rules.

OneDeploy’s software, design and branding belong to us. App names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep OneDeploy and your services running, but they may be unavailable during maintenance, because of a cloud provider’s problems, or because of other technical issues. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be avoided.

We may change the service to improve it, fix problems, or meet legal requirements. An app may leave the catalog; your existing service then keeps running its current version. If a change or closure has a significant effect on your services, we will give reasonable notice where possible, unless urgent security or legal reasons prevent this. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer law still apply.

9. Ending your use

You can delete any service at any time, and its charges stop with that hour. To close your account, delete your services and contact info@relatedcode.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle deletion requests.

We may stop a service or restrict your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, create a security risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to fix the issue first. You can contact us if you think a restriction is a mistake.

10. Responsibility and your legal rights

We are responsible for the service as required by applicable law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by the apps’ own software, or by your misuse of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing takes away your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law in the country where you normally live. These terms do not limit your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. This does not affect your right to contact a competent authority or use any available court or consumer dispute procedure.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will show the new date on this page and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have. If a change requires your agreement by law, we will ask for it.
